The OptiGrit AO Film Grip Disc in P220 grit is made for smooth, even surface refinement. This grit is perfect for taking panels from the shaping stages into the finishing stages — refining body filler, evening out primer, and preparing surfaces for finer sanding. This is a great grit to do your final prime over top of if you are skipping sealer. With aluminum oxide abrasive on a durable film backing, these discs deliver long-lasting performance and a uniform scratch pattern that makes every step of your workflow more efficient.
Each 6" disc uses a hook & loop (grip) backing for quick changes and secure attachment, saving you time while maintaining consistent results. The tear-resistant film backing adds durability, giving you confidence when working across both flat surfaces and curves.
