Free Shipping

  • Orders with a subtotal of $100+ will get free standard shipping in the contiguous United States. 

Order Fulfillment

  • Processing Time - All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation - You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. This email will include your order details and tracking information.

Shipping Options

  • Shipping Time - Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided to you at the time of checkout.
  • Shipping Carriers - We offer a variety of shipping options through trusted carriers. The available options and their respective delivery estimates will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Important Information

  • Tracking Your Order - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
  • Shipping Costs - Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. These costs will be clearly stated at checkout.
  • International Shipping - We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays and Issues

  • Shipping Delays - While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.
  • Missing or Lost Packages - If you believe your package is missing or has been lost, please contact our customer service team at info@blktiedetailing.com for assistance.
  • Packages sent back will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping fee.
